L'Hectare "Yé (l'eau)" à Vendôme

L'Hectare "Yé (l'eau)" in Vendôme. Without a net, thirteen acrobatic artists from Guinea's Circus Baobab collective perform a series of spectacular lifts and stunts at breakneck speed. Bodies leap, soar, flutter, spin, clump and form vertiginous pyramids, before gracefully collapsing. The troupe performs with virtuosity to tell the story of the difficulties of life in Africa, particularly the lack of water. Water is coveted, fought over and shared, because it is a rare and precious resource in Guinea. Come and applaud the success of this blend of the power of traditional dances, a staging nourished by street art, and the virtuosity and poetry of the new circus!
