Micro-Folie is a label created in 2017 by the director of La Villette and the Ministry of Culture to decentralize access to culture and develop priority and rural neighborhoods. There are around a hundred "Micro-Folie" schemes in France and abroad.

Micro-Folie arrives in Savigny-sur-Braye. Micro-Folie cultural centers feature a digital museum, a social area (café, games library, etc.), a digital area (multimedia, Fablab, etc.) and a cultural program (show, concert, etc.).
