3 hour trip in the Loir Valley
Board this tourist train, with the charm of yesteryear, for a trip to the Loir Valley… Departing from Thoré-La-Rochette station, this 1950s railcar will take you to Trôo, a small troglodyte town before to stop above the TGV line. Watch out for the one that will pass very close to you!
At Trôo station, you can refresh yourself and have something to eat before going to take a look at the top floor where the miniature trains meet you.
To make sure you don’t miss anything on this trip, listen carefully to the comments on the train and take a good look at the exhibits in the stations. You will then be unbeatable with the questions in the game booklet that will be given to you on departure at Thoré-la-Rochette station. If you need to, ask questions to the volunteer on the train who will accompany you throughout the trip.
The television screens will show you the riches of the Loir Valley and the sites to visit along the train route.
Do not hesitate to look out the windows, it is not uncommon for the inhabitants to greet the train as it passes. Give them a little hello, they will be delighted. 😊
To make sure you can take the train, don’t hesitate to tell mum and dad to book your tickets in advance.
